Bookings cancelled 24 hours in advance are fully refunded. Same-day cancellations may be non-refundable — please contact your local arena for details.
It rarely happens, but if a session is interrupted due to a technical issue or safety concern, our staff will be on it immediately. We'll do our best to resume your session or make it right — whether that's additional track time or a credit toward your next visit. Your experience matters to us.
