Eligibility

Participants must meet all posted age, height, and weight requirements. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Drift Kart Arena reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for safety or operational reasons.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices, session durations, and promotions may change without notice. Payments must be completed prior to participation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refund and rescheduling policies vary by location and event type. No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeited sessions without refund. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing.

Safety Rules

All guests must:

• Attend the mandatory safety briefing

• Wear required safety equipment

• Follow track rules and staff instructions
  Failure to comply may result in removal from the experience without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Karting is a physical activity with inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity and release Drift Kart Arena from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Photos & Media

Drift Kart Arena may capture photos or videos during experiences for promotional or operational purposes. By participating, you grant permission for the use of such media unless you notify us in writing otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, designs, and materials are the property of Drift Kart Arena and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Modifications
