By accessing the Drift Kart Arena website, submitting a booking or contact inquiry, or participating in any activity at our venue, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or participating in any Drift Kart Arena experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Eligibility & Participation Requirements
- All participants must meet the minimum age, height, and weight requirements posted at the venue and on our website
- Children as young as 3 may participate using age-appropriate junior karts, subject to location-specific requirements
- Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before racing
- Drift Kart Arena reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest for safety, behavioral, or operational reasons at any time and without prior notice
- All participants must be in suitable physical condition to safely operate a kart. Guests with certain medical conditions should consult a physician before participating
Bookings & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation
- Walk-in visits are welcome when availability allows, but advance booking is strongly recommended especially on weekends and holidays
- Booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at the time of reservation
- Drift Kart Arena reserves the right to modify session times, pricing, or availability without prior notice
- Group bookings and private event packages are subject to separate terms confirmed at the time of booking
Payments
- Full payment is required to confirm a booking
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of booking will be honored for that reservation
- Where online payment is available, all transactions are processed securely through our designated payment provider. Drift Kart Arena does not store full payment card details
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or session credit
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be non-refundable
- No-shows and late arrivals may result in forfeited sessions without refund
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing
- Drift Kart Arena reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to technical issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be offered a reschedule or appropriate credit
Waivers
- All participants must have a signed waiver on file before racing
- Waivers can be completed online in advance or at the venue upon arrival
- For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the waiver
- Waivers are valid for a set period as determined by Drift Kart Arena and may need to be renewed on future visits
Safety Rules & Conduct
All participants must:
- Attend and follow the mandatory safety briefing before each session
- Wear all required safety equipment provided, including helmets, at all times on the track
- Follow all track rules and instructions given by Drift Kart Arena staff
- Refrain from intentional bumping, reckless driving, or any behavior that endangers themselves or others
- Behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and venue property at all times
Failure to comply with any safety rule or staff instruction may result in immediate removal from the track and venue without refund. Drift Kart Arena staff have full authority to enforce all rules and their decisions are final.
Assumption of Risk
Karting and drift racing are physical activities that involve inherent risks, including but not limited to minor collisions, falls, and physical exertion. By participating, you voluntarily acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Drift Kart Arena, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
Supervision of Minors
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while at the venue
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of minors in their care outside of the supervised track environment
- Drift Kart Arena staff supervise track activity only and are not responsible for general childcare or supervision outside of sessions
Photos & Media
Drift Kart Arena may capture photos or videos during sessions for operational, safety, or promotional purposes including use on our website and social media channels. By participating, you grant Drift Kart Arena permission to use such media without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify a staff member in writing before your session begins. This does not affect safety or operational recordings.
Damage & Liability for Property
- Participants are responsible for any damage caused to Drift Kart Arena equipment, karts, or property as a result of reckless, negligent, or intentional misuse
- Normal wear and tear from proper use is covered by Drift Kart Arena
- Drift Kart Arena is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the venue. We recommend leaving valuables secured or at home
Intellectual Property
All content on the Drift Kart Arena website including text, logos, images, graphics, and design elements is the exclusive property of Drift Kart Arena and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Drift Kart Arena.
Website Use
- You agree to use the Drift Kart Arena website for lawful purposes only
- You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
- Drift Kart Arena is not liable for any inaccuracies, interruptions, or errors on the website and reserves the right to modify or take down any content at any time
